Delivery Methods and Fees

Smartspot.fi is a safe, Finnish online store. We deliver products in Finland and Europe. We coorperate with Posti to to deliver. Posti is one of the few transport companies in the world committed to the sustainability targets (Science Based Targets). The ordered products will be delivered based on the delivery method you select. 

Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include shipping fees. Delivery charges are paid according to Posti's current pricing at the time of product payment.

Product Delivery

The estimated delivery time for products is 1–5 business days. Different delivery times are specified in the product information.

We will endeavour to ensure that we have at least one item in stock if we indicate that the item is in stock. However, we are not responsible for any errors in stock balances. We will deliver the products as quickly as possible and will inform you if we know that delivery will be delayed for any reason. We are normally able to deliver the order on the same or the next working day, so the order will reach our customer within about a week (for orders to Europe).

We accurately report delivery times on our website, but all delivery times are still estimates and are based on delivery times provided by Post and other carriers. We are not responsible for delays in delivery, but our customer always has the right to cancel the order if it is delayed.

The stated delivery times apply to almost all of Finland, but for the very north of Lapland and some destinations in the Turku archipelago, as well as some areas on the eastern border, delivery times will be one day longer.

Our customers can follow the progress of their orders on our website with the IDs sent to them by e-mail when placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order without giving any reason (e.g. in practice due to suspected fraud).
